Those who follow the football side of life at the Wiz of Odds can likely recall the incredible perks enjoyed last fall by Scott Wolf, the USC beat reporter for the Los Angeles Daily News. Starting with an October game against Oregon, Wolf went on an impressive run of rounding up cheerleaders from seven squads for photos. He topped it by finding Erin Andrews roaming the sideline at the Rose Bowl.
Wolf was at it again during the Pacific 10 Conference basketball tournament at Staples Center, finding himself in the middle of the Oregon cheer squad. The full image, shot by Mario Villegas, is available on Wolf's blog.
Are you serious? Gonzaga gets stuck in the west every year? So when Gonzaga played Davidson in Greensboro, that was in the west? Sure it may have been in the west bracket, but it was a home game for Davidson for crying out loud.
UCLA was decent this year, not the top 10 or 15 team that they were ranked, but seriously VCU is not the team that it was a few years ago when they beat Duke.
Love your work.
