Kansas is the team to beat and the Jayhawks' Cole Aldrich, right, is favored to walk away with the tournament's most outstanding player honor, according to odds posted by Bodog.
Kansas is a 9-4 favorite to win the championship, followed by Kentucky (4-1), Syracuse (13-2) and Duke (7-1).
Aldrich is 4-1 in MOP odds, followed by Kentucky's John Wall (5-1), Kansas' Sherron Collins (15-2) and Syracuse's Wesley Johnson (10-1).
